Keith chats to Eleni Giokos about the role and influence the media has in financial markets. Can they move markets? Are they appreciative of their influence? Do they serve investors and traders?
The media plays a huge roll in global financial markets with 24/7 TV stations, countless radio shows, gigabits of online content and acres of dead tree print all getting in on the act and trying to bring the most critical information to their audience as quickly and as accurately as possible.

In short is their influence good or bad?
