What is public relations? It used to be the process of spamming media outlets with marketing news in the hope that one of them would publish it, but things have changed. PR is now about reputation management, effective communication with stake holders and engagement. Most importantly it is about relationships not spam style briefs.

How does one implement and rise above the noise and in this day and age of a large corporate with millions to spend how does the small business utilise their budget effectively.
