BEE points = business is the motto for EconoBEE. BEE is a critical part of business in South Africa and the BEE score card is the process by which it is managed. But how does the score card work and does it mean giving up part of your business or being compelled to employ previously disadvantaged staff? Keith is the expert and he talks us through the process which in reality is a lot easier than many make it out to be (in fact if your turn over is less than R5 million per year you are automatically level 4).
