Auditing firm Grant Thornton have recently released their “Financial executive compensation survey 2012” and it reveals some interesting trends including the fact that corporates are moving closer toward performance based pay.
The topic of executive remuneration is particularly important as the world fights for quality talent while trying to keep an eye on controlling costs. One of the big challenges is for businesses to find alternative “perks” for bolstering the packages of valued employees.
